Job Description:

•           Develop production process for new products using CAE tools and advanced microprocessors.
•           Conduct feasibility reviews based on customers’ requirements and specification.
•           Perform circuit analysis and finite element analysis.
•           Improve current production lines.
•           Participate in APQP meeting for new launch products and new product developments.
•           Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
•           BS degree in Computer Aided Engineering with 3 months experience as Engineer or Graduate Assistant.
•           Related experience must include using microprocessors and Circuit Analysis.

Inspector/Machine Operator - Full Time
Job Description:

•           Operate Thermoforming station
•           Operate trimming press
•           Inspect the products for defects, assure quality of parts.
•           Complete necessary paperwork to ensure adherence to company’s quality system.
•           Work with maintenance people to identify and maintain proper functionality of machines.
•           Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
•           High school diploma or G.E.D.
•           Basic math skills.
•           1 year working experience in manufacturing industry with some machine operator experience.

•           Preferred skills:

•           Associate degree
•           Set up & run thermoforming machines.
•           Hi-Lo operating and or Material Handling experience.
•           Machine and or Equipment trouble shooting.

Maintenance Technician - Full Time
Job Description:

•           Injection Machine, Thermoforming machine and other equipment maintenance and repair.
•           Responsible for Preventative Maintenance and documentation of all machines and equipment.
•           Thermoforming tool, injection molding tool and Trimming tool setup.
•           Tooling repair and Fabrication.
•           Production assistance / backup.
•           Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
•           High school diploma or G.E.D.
•           Machine trouble shooting skills are a must.
•           5 years experience in manufacturing industry with machine maintenance and repair experience.
•           Ability to read 2-D & 3-D drawings, and electrical circuit diagrams.
•           Capable of operating Mills, Drill Press, Saws and other general shop equipment.
•           Capable of using electrical testing instruments.
•           Hi-Lo operating experience.Preferred skills:
•           Associate degree
•           Welding experience
•           Has similar working experience (plastic injection molding)
